Loxada Verify

Know who you're actually talking to.

AI voice cloning and deepfake video have made it trivially easy to impersonate someone on a call. Caller ID can be spoofed. Credentials can be stolen. Biometrics can be replicated. Loxada Verify adds something none of those can fake.

Loxada Verify confirms, in real time, that the person on the other end of your call is physically connected to a company-issued, company-controlled Loxada device. That’s a verification factor that no AI-generated voice, no deepfake video, and no stolen credential can replicate.

The problem

The verification gap in distributed organizations

When your teams are distributed, you lose the natural identity check that comes from being in the same room. Phone calls, video meetings, and internal messages all carry an implicit assumption: that the person on the other end is who they say they are.

That assumption is increasingly exploitable. AI-generated voice clones have been used to authorize fraudulent wire transfers. Deepfake video has been used to impersonate executives in live calls. IT helpdesk teams are routinely targeted by attackers posing as employees to obtain credential resets and system access.

The common thread: there was no reliable, unfakeable way to confirm identity in the moment. Existing tools don’t fill that gap. MFA verifies a credential or device possession. Caller ID is trivially spoofed. Voice biometrics are under direct attack from the same AI technology creating the threat. None of them can tell you where someone physically is, or whether the device they’re on is one your organization controls.

How it works

Physical presence as a verification factor

Loxada Verify uses your existing Loxada infrastructure to confirm that both parties on a call are physically connected to company-issued Loxada devices at the time of verification. The flow is simple.

  • Both parties open the Loxada app or Verify portal on their device.
  • Each sees a unique one-time alphanumeric code on screen.
  • User A reads their code to User B and enters the code B gives them. B does the same.
  • If both codes are verified, each party is confirmed as physically connected to a company Loxada device. Each can also see the other’s name and organizational profile.

The exchange takes a few seconds. There is nothing additional to install. No new accounts to create. It runs on the Loxada infrastructure your organization already has in place.

Key properties

What Loxada Verify delivers

  • Unfakeable at scale. The verification is tied to physical connection to a managed hardware device. An AI-generated voice or deepfake video cannot pass it. A stolen credential cannot pass it.
  • Bilateral by design. Both parties are verified simultaneously. Neither can confirm the other without being confirmed themselves.
  • Full audit trail. Every verification is logged. Individual users can see their own history. Administrators can see the full organizational record; who verified whom, when, and whether verification passed.
  • No friction for legitimate users. If both people are genuinely who they say they are and both have their Loxada devices, verification takes seconds. There is no additional friction for legitimate users.
  • Uses existing infrastructure. Verify runs on the Loxada devices your organization has already deployed. No additional hardware required.

Who it's for

Use cases where Loxada Verify makes the most difference

  • IT helpdesk calls. Confirm that a caller requesting a credential reset is genuinely connected to a company device before acting on the request. Confirm to staff that the IT contact on the call is genuinely from your IT team.
  • High-value authorizations. Finance teams approving transfers, legal teams receiving instructions, senior staff authorizing system access changes. Any call where the identity of the requester matters and the stakes are high.
  • Executive and board communications. Senior leaders are disproportionately targeted for impersonation attacks. Verify adds a fast, low-friction confirmation step before sensitive decisions are made on a call.
