Your device has been factory reset and needs setting up again. Follow the setup instructions your company provided, or see our setup videos. If you do not have the details, your IT support team can supply them.
Our goal is to make secure connectivity simple. If you ever need help, we’re here to make sure things work as expected.
We’ve created a set of short videos to help you get the most out of your Loxada service. Each one walks you through a key topic, step by step.
You can watch them any time or reach out to us directly if you’d prefer help from a real person.
Note: Your Loxada device may look different to the ones in the videos but they all work in exactly the same way.

Try the password you used with the previous network name. If it is not recognized, contact your IT support team to check whether the details have been updated.
Check the power lead is connected and the socket has not been switched off. Try a different socket. If it still will not power on, contact your IT support team, who can arrange a replacement.
First check whether your Loxada device has internet access at https://check.loxada.io/. If it does not, see the previous answer.
If you can reach other websites but not your work systems, or the check page reports that your connection to Loxada is not established, contact your company’s IT support team to confirm your access permissions.
This is usually one of two things: either your Loxada device is not properly connected to your internet source, or that internet source is not working itself.
To check, go to https://check.loxada.io/. If the page does not load, work through the steps below. If it does, follow the on-screen instructions.
If it still will not connect, contact your IT support team.
Check your password is entered correctly. If it is not recognized, contact your company’s IT support team to confirm you have the current one.
Check that you are connected to the Wi-Fi network called LoxadaSetup.
If you are, check the setup address is typed correctly. Note there is no “s” at the end of “http”:
http://loxada/setup
or
http://192.168.99.1
That is the intention. Devices are pre-configured, update themselves, cannot be reconfigured by users, and are managed from one place. The support calls that come from misconfigured home routers and inconsistent local setups largely stop being your problem.
Yes. Devices can be issued to individuals or whole teams across as many locations as you need, all managed centrally through the portal.

Both are changed in the Loxada portal, under your organization’s network settings. Devices pick the change up automatically the next time they check in.
Connect it to the Loxada network and it is protected. There is nothing to install on the device itself.
They connect to the setup network, enter their company details and a one-time code, and the device configures itself. We have short setup videos covering the whole process, from unboxing to first connection, on our support page.
Devices can be shipped to your offices or directly to individual team members. They arrive pre-configured and need very little from the user to get running.
